What is Sensory Innovations?
At Sensory Innovations our goal is to create sensory experiential learning and wellness that is accessible for people of all ages! Our unique resource center was designed by a group of occupational therapists to promote client directed health and wellness.
Think of us as a health club, but better… like way better! Combined with our medical knowledge, specialized training in brain functioning, and enriching environment we are here to guide you towards achieving your potential no matter what your goals may be. Check out our special events and specific programs for supporting emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. We also offer different membership options for facility use on your schedule.

At Sensory Innovations, we offer a variety of holistic, client-centered classes that engage the sensory system and encourage a love for learning. Our goal is to foster a sense of well-being in a community setting, that allows for individuals and their families to continue to grow and develop in their independence and confidence. We strive to facilitate and maintain an inclusive community space, where all learners are welcome!
Drop & Play
Drop in and play at your own pace in a welcoming, sensory-friendly space designed for exploration and fun in Redding, CA. Children can enjoy independent play with a parent or caregiver nearby, or visit with a friend or group of friends for shared play and social interaction. Whether you are stopping by for a quick visit or settling in longer, Drop and Play makes it easy to enjoy flexible, engaging playtime for all ages. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
Special Events
Host a sensory-friendly event in a welcoming environment designed for connection, comfort, and fun. From family education nights and movie nights to celebrations and special gatherings, our space offers a unique setting for memorable experiences. Guests can enjoy an inclusive atmosphere that supports a variety of needs. All reservations include assistance with clean up, making your time with us even easier.
Pricing & Monthly Memberships
Sensory Innovations Packages include access to physical and occupational therapy services. All membership options include discounted pricing for special events and private party reservations.
While we are not contracted through partnership, we acknowledge the need for services within our community. To address this, we've created our membership program at Sensory Innovations. This initiative empowers families by granting them access to a licensed occupational therapist, physical therapists and our versatile sensory playrooms, which can be customized to cater to each child's unique requirements, facilitating skill development and growth.Now offering gift certificates!

Personal Parties & Events
Throw your next party or event at Sensory Innovations! We can host birthday parties, graduations, field trips, movie nights, and more. For additional information or to schedule an event, please call Sensory Innovations. We can’t wait for you to be our guests!
Option One:
$175 for a 2 hour time slot for up to 20 people
Party Room Only (Facility is still open to drop in play visits)
Option Two:
$315 for a 2 hour time slot for up to 20 people
Closed Event (We will turn away any drop in visits)

Before Your Visit
When arriving at Sensory Innovations please use side entrance on the left side of the building.
One of our friendly team members will assist you in getting checked in and direct you to your location.
Please view our list of playroom safety rules prior to coming.
All children are required to be supervised by their attending parent or guardian at all times. Our friendly team members are on site to monitor safety only.
All adults and children need a waiver completed.

Sensory Innovations is not a nonprofit entity but we do partner with many nonprofits and community programs in the area to provide sensory education opportunities.

Yes, you are more than welcome to cancel and reschedule as much as you like as long as you do it at least one day prior to your appointment. No shows will be charged full price (as the facility is booked specifically for you at your assigned time).
